These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TJR Trading's signals platform, market analytics tools, economic events feed, and community chat services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Provision of Service & Eligibility
1.1. Account Registration. To access certain features of the Service, including VIP trade signals and community chatrooms, you must register for an account. You represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you will keep it up to date.
1.2. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
2. Financial Disclaimer & Risk Warning
2.1. Educational Research & Software Scope. All technical analysis setups, chart indicators, market commentary, and alerts provided on TJR Trading (tjrsignals.com) are strictly for educational, informational, and technical research software purposes only. TJR Trading is a digital software and market analysis platform — NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or fund manager. We do not manage customer funds, execute trades on behalf of users, or provide personalized investment advice.
2.2. High Risk Acknowledgment. Trading foreign exchange, cryptocurrencies, indices, and derivatives involves substantial risk of financial loss and is not suitable for every investor. You acknowledge that any trading decisions you make are undertaken at your sole risk and discretion.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
3.1. Billing & Renewal. Paid memberships provide access to premium signal alerts and advanced sentiment indicators. Subscriptions automatically renew according to your selected billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
3.2. Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your access remains active through the end of your current billing period.
4. Intellectual Property & License
4.1. Ownership. All intellectual property rights in the Service, including signal algorithms, user interfaces, branding, and proprietary market data, belong exclusively to TJR Trading.
4.2. Restrictions. You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute, or scrape trading signals or proprietary content to third parties without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TJR Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your reliance on market content or service outages.
